**What are the delivery options?**

At Noyoco, we offer several delivery methods to suit your needs:

* **In-store pickup**: You can collect your order directly from our store within **24 hours**, depending on the store’s opening days.
    
* **Home delivery with signature**: Your parcel is delivered safely to the address of your choice.
    
* **Pick-up point delivery via Mondial Relay**: A flexible option to collect your order near you.

### Preparation and shipping times

* **In-store pickup**: Ready within **24 hours** (excluding store closing days).
    
* **Parcels shipped via carrier**:

* Orders are prepared **Monday to Friday**.

* Orders placed before **4 p.m.** are handed over to the carrier **the same day**.
        
* Depending on the chosen carrier, delivery takes place **the next day or the day after**.

Shipping fees vary depending on your location and the delivery method you select. Here’s our price list :

#### France

* **Colissimo Home Delivery with signature**: €9.90
    
* **Mondial Relay pick-up point**:
    
* €5.00 for orders under €150
        
* Free for orders of €150 or more

#### Belgium / Luxembourg

* **Mondial Relay pick-up point**:
    
* €10.00 for orders under €250
 
* Free for orders of €250 or more

#### Europe (Åland Islands, Albania, Andorra, and 52 other countries)

* €16.00 for orders under €280
    
* Free for orders of €280 or more

#### North America (Canada, USA, Mexico)

* €25.00 flat rate, regardless of the order total
