Order not yet shipped: can the address be changed?

Once your order has been confirmed, unfortunately it is no longer possible to modify your shipping address. However, if you notice a mistake immediately after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at shop@noyoco.com.

We’ll do our best to make the change, but it will depend on the processing status of your order. Once it has been handed over to the carrier, we will no longer be able to make any changes.

If you’re unsure, don’t hesitate to reach out quickly — we’ll see what we can do!
