Final sale: All purchases made in-store are considered final and are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges available: If something doesn’t work for you, we’ll be happy to offer an exchange. You can choose another item of equal or greater value (just pay the difference if needed).
Exchange conditions: The item must be returned to the store within 14 days of purchase, in perfect condition — unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
